No one is a born cook. My cooking journey is also full of ups and downs. Moreover, each day is different. Sometimes, you can whip up something without any difficulty with some essential ingredients, and on other days, even the tried and the tested recipe does not taste the same! As they say, it is all in mind. If you are in a good mood, it shows on your plate too.
